Mark A Dixson was appointed Trustee of the Foundation under the Will of Floyd Hooker. As Trustee, Mark oversees all operations of the Foundation, including its finances, its investments and the administration of grants. Mark is responsible for ensuring all grants meet the objective of Vic Hooker – to benefit the children of Tioga County.
